Can I book for someone else?
Yes, if you are an HR Director or Executive Assistant who needs to book a headshot for someone else, you are welcome to book for that person. Please enter that person’s contact information when booking. Our system will send them all the necessary details on location and time for the appointment.
If you have a large group to book, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Sounds like you need us to help you schedule some team headshots.
How do I bill my company for the session?
That's a great question, and one we get asked all the time. Please enter your credit card information into the system to complete your appointment booking. Instead of charging your credit card, we will invoice the appropriate person at your company. However, the credit card information you provide will serve as a backup payment method if your company does not pay the invoice.
What if I have to cancel my appointment?
We get it, life happens. We allow rescheduling of appointments up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. You can use the confirmation email you received when you booked to reschedule the appointment. Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours. We will work with you to reschedule your appointment. A cancellation made within 12 hours of an appointment will incur a 50% fee. A no-show will result in a full charge for the session.
How are my images delivered?
We typically deliver images via a digital download from our parent company's website, Pixelate Photography. You will receive an email at the address you entered when you book. The download link provides access to a high-resolution file. However, we know that some companies have strict IT policies that prohibit access to external websites and files. If you anticipate having trouble with a digital download, please let us know, and we will work with you to find an alternative delivery method. We can also deliver the image to someone other than you if that is more appropriate.
How long do you keep my pictures?
We keep all the images from a session for one year. The final retouched version of your headshot or portrait will always exist in our archive. However, your download link does not stay live forever. You are responsible for downloading and archiving your photos on your system.
